Regrettably the summer concerts scheduled to take place on the Clapham Common Bandstand this June have been cancelled.

The programme of performances was due to start this Bank Holiday weekend.

We are still hopeful of doing something later this summer, Government guidelines permitting.

Last September, the Bandstand – the largest in London – was refurbished ahead of this year’s 130th birthday. CCMAC hoped to celebrate this summer but we have had to postpone until it is safe for people to gather together in sufficient numbers to party.

The Bandstand restoration project was fully funded by a levy imposed on all events on Clapham Common.
