Lambeth Launches Parks User Satisfaction Survey 2025

Residents across the borough are being invited to help shape the future of Lambeth’s green spaces as Lambeth Council launches its Parks User Satisfaction Survey 2025.

The short survey, which takes around five minutes to complete, will gather feedback on how the borough’s 80+ parks and green spaces are used, maintained and experienced from large destination parks like Clapham Common to smaller local green areas.

Why the Survey Matters

Lambeth’s parks play a vital role in daily life. They are places to walk, exercise, meet friends, spend time with family and find respite from the city.

The survey is designed to understand how residents feel about:

  • Cleanliness and maintenance
  • Safety and accessibility
  • Facilities and amenities
  • Overall enjoyment and frequency of use

Responses will help inform how parks are managed and prioritised over the coming year.

Clapham Common at the Heart of Borough Life

As one of London’s most well-used and recognisable open spaces, Clapham Common attracts a wide range of park users every day from runners and dog walkers to families, sports teams and community groups.

Feedback from those who regularly use the Common is particularly valuable, ensuring decisions reflect real experiences and everyday needs rather than assumptions.

An Opportunity to Have a Say

Public consultation plays a key role in how parks evolve. By taking part in the survey, residents can directly influence future investment, maintenance priorities and improvements across the borough’s green spaces.

Whether you use Clapham Common daily or occasionally, your perspective helps build a clearer picture of what works well and what could be better.

How to Take Part

The Parks User Satisfaction Survey 2025 is open until Sunday 30 November (midnight).

Residents are encouraged to complete the survey before the deadline to ensure their views are included in the analysis. Access details are available via Lambeth Council’s official channels.

Looking Ahead

Lambeth’s parks are among the borough’s most valued shared assets. This survey represents a chance for the community to help safeguard their future — keeping them clean, safe and welcoming for everyone who relies on them.
